We love to be ‘in-person’ and present and not behind a screen. So a telephone or zoom conversation is arranged to discover initial thoughts and ideas.
2. Face-to-face meeting
This is with the couple either at their home or in a venue to suit them. This is so we can discuss potential menus, their favourites and any dislikes or allergies.
3. Prepare menu
We collate and gather all thoughts, suggestions and favourite foods to create a bespoke menu completely tailored to the couple.
4. Menu tasting
Once the menu has been approved, we set a date for the full tasting. Here, we deliver the entire menu, discussing the food and make any changes.
5. Confirmation
Once the tasting is complete and the couple are happy with the menu, contracts are sent for confirmation and deposit is paid to secure the booking.
6. Couple check-in
We are always at the end of the phone during the entire Pink Pepper journey to answer any queries or opinions. We always arrange a call two weeks prior to the wedding to confirm final numbers and last minute alterations.
7. The big day!
Both Sarah and Neil will be there from start to finish at the wedding; Sarah in the kitchen with her team and Neil as MC and front-of house to make sure guests are happy and organised throughout.
